Biography

​​​​​​​Professional:  Lily joined the Office of University Communication in March 2023 after serving as a Visual Information Specialist at U.S. Small Business Administration, where she managed graphic design projects assigned by various stakeholders and facilitating high-quality, creative initiatives for the agency. Prior to SBA, Lily worked for National Park Service at George Washington Memorial Parkway and U.S. National Science Foundation as a lead graphic design contractor. 

Lily holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, both from Troy State University. She has more than 10 years’ experience in graphic design, photography and project management.
